Requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.
Requests may not be accepted if orders are communicated to vendors and they've begun shipping.
Non-Cancelable Items:
Refunds/replacements are possible if the delivered product quality is poor.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Report damaged or defective items to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or exchange for damaged items.
The request will be processed after merchant verification.
Products Not as Expected:
Report issues with received products within 7 days to Customer Service.
An unboxing video is helpful for claims of incorrect or unexpected products.
The Customer Service Team will investigate and make a decision.
